How we differ
As is so often the case, one arrives on a self-catering holiday and finds only the basic essentials.
E.g. the scrag-end of a loo roll; no tea; no coffee; the house not even sufficiently cleaned. Result... a trip to the, as yet, unknown local supermarket and/or a rush round the house with cloth and rubber gloves.
Le Grenier à Blé is completely different; it is no ordinary gîte. Not only scrupulously clean, the villa is intelligently stocked. E.g. tea, ground coffee, herbes de Provence, rock salt, peppercorns and sun-dried tomatoes. Having holidayed ourselves, we appreciate that you should be able to start your vacation from the very first moment that you arrive.
We differ. There are no hidden extras: Linen, utility bills, cleaning charges, winter fuel surcharges and swimming towels are all included in the rental. See complementary extras.
